Out-of-town winners donated back to Riding Beyond their local gift certificates and a few other items, making it possible for a fourth place winner, drawn hours after Sunday’s Raffle Drawing event:
Fourth Place: LOVE OUR LOCALS package goes to Annie Hoy of Ashland, OR. She writes: “Horses are magic. I’ve known and experienced this firsthand beginning at age 6 when I first started riding. I poured out my heart to my horse as a teen full of angst. And stood with awe watching them heal human hearts. Riding Beyond saves lives and makes us whole again.”
Third Place: TO YOUR GOOD HEALTH goes to Carolyn Geiger, of Santa Monica, CA, who won our Raffle last year. Stick by this lucky person. She owns a home in Ashland, visits several times a year and plans to move here within the next year. She is hoping to attend one of our Saturday sessions this year. The photo shows her with one of her two horses, Ranger and Kria, Appaloosa and Icelandic.
Second Place THE PAMPERING PACKAGE goes to Cheri Catt, who is a rescuer of dogs and horses at her 90 acre home in the mountains and forests outside Spokane, WA. She loves Mystic and Journey with whom she spent several days 11 years ago in a workshop here in Ashland.
Grand Prize, our HUGE HAY NET OF PLENTY goes to Mary Beth Watt of Ashland, OR, who writes: “I feel blessed to have the opportunity to give to this organization that has helped so many over the years. Just being with the horses is a renewal for me. Then, to so unexpectedly be the winner of such a cornucopia of wonderful items is so very special!
