Mystic Dancing

Sunday evening, September 28, we celebrated the end of our Riding Beyond 2014 season with a potluck at the beautiful Little Creek Ranch. Daniel Sperry played improvisational cello as Mystic and I danced — the highlight of the evening! View the video above. Jan Rosenberg and Jenn Lieber gave us an opportunity to express ourselves artistically by coloring the drawing Jan made of Mystic prancing across the hills of Little Creek Ranch. We saluted the breast cancer survivors in attendance and then all of us for the challenges we face, finding sustenance in the horse/human connection, and thanking the horses, who saluted us as well with a deep bow.
