“I just want to burst into tears when I feel the horses’ connection with me. It’s such a powerful, healing experience coming from a raw and broken place, being stripped, piece by piece, of one’s self, hair, body, emotionally and sometimes spiritually down to the pure nubbins and then have to rebuild strand by strand, all while the world (friends and family) move on, expecting one to be the same, or at the same level as pre-treatment.

That’s why this program is so important. It leads one on a pathway back to wholeness. So important and vital for moving forward and beyond this time, providing hope and direction for a future.”
