Launching Our 2017 Season

Trish Events, News

Twenty folks of all ages, along with Mystic and the horses of Little Creek Ranch, gathered on May 10 to formally anchor and launch our fifth year of Riding Beyond.  After claiming promises for Riding Beyond and our personal lives to the six directions, we planted a blooming pink Dogwood tree next to the arena where we have many of our sessions.  Our thanks to Erin Farley and her friend Chris Osward who created beautiful plaques for each of the four directions on the round pen railing. Brandon Bernard’s guitar music beautifully led us into serenity as we began. Ariee Bear Paw smudged the ceremonial space and everyone as we entered the arena. Christopher Fite prepared the ground for the planting.  Debbie Hansen Bernard and her mother Barbara Hansen were invaluable in helping us organize and welcome everyone to our circle.
