How Could I Know?

How could I know. . .
I could trust someone and they wouldn\’t try to hurt me
I could lovingly connect so quickly without even trying
I could receive silent understanding
I could necessarily be so focused in the Present Moment

How could I know. . .
Someone so big could be so big-hearted
One doesn\’t need something in return
Fearful doesn\’t mean powerless
You and Spirit are one and the same

Now I know;
now I can\’t unknow.
